Careers at Pegula Capital

Think Like a Founder. Invest Like an Institution.

Ethical governance and sustainable operations are fundamental to the Pegula Capital investment process. We embed ESG principles into our core decision-making to ensure every portfolio company is built for long-term resilience.

Our Mission, Our Values

Pegula Capital was established to provide targeted capital and deep operational partnership to the architects of European software. Success in this environment requires a rare combination of technical curiosity and financial precision. This must be balanced with the interpersonal nuance required to earn and maintain the trust of founders during periods of significant transition.

Integrity and intellectual rigour define how the firm operates. Every team member is expected to bring both strong judgment and the humility to recognise when a problem requires further investigation. The environment is built on a culture of shared accountability rather than internal competition.

Diversity and Inclusion

Pegula Capital believes that a range of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives leads to better investment decisions, stronger portfolio companies and a more resilient firm.

Superior investment decisions require a breadth of perspectives. Recruitment at Pegula Capital intentionally draws from investment banking, software engineering, and operational leadership. We prioritise technical backgrounds – not just for their analytical depth, but for the empathy they bring to the founder’s journey.
